Avenne operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Avenne is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
When you buy on the shopavenne.com website, you may also receive access to an exclusive membership program called Avenne VIP®. Your access begins with a 14-day free trial period for Avenne VIP®. After the 14-day free trial ends, you will be charged $39.95 USD, exclusive of applicable taxes, unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
shopavenne.com offers a subscription membership (the “Avenne VIP®”), which provides access to premium discounts, exclusive offers, insider content, and free shipping on certain eligible items, according to these Terms and as displayed to you at the time you enrolled. Avenne may change Avenne VIP® promotional terms from time to time but will not increase fees without reasonable advance notice to provide an opportunity for you to cancel. Avenne may also offer additional deals from time to time, which will be confirmed during the checkout process or displayed on our website.
Free 14-Day Trial Period
If you enroll in a free trial period for Avenne VIP®, you are not charged the subscription membership fee for 14 days from the date of enrollment. You will still be charged for any products that you purchase.
You will be required to provide payment information to pay for Avenne VIP® fees, including any applicable taxes, which will become due once the trial period ends unless you cancel as outlined below. Free trials are available to eligible new members only.
Charges and Automatic Renewals
On the day after your trial ends, your credit card, debit card or other payment method on file will automatically be charged the Avenne VIP® membership fee of $39.95 USD, exclusive of applicable taxes, without obtaining further confirmation from you.
Your Avenne VIP® membership will automatically renew every 30 days, and you will be charged $39.95 USD, exclusive of applicable taxes, every 30 days until you cancel.
By enrolling in Avenne VIP®, you acknowledge and agree to these recurring charges and authorize Avenne and its payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method on each applicable renewal date.
Cancellation
If you do not want to continue Avenne VIP® after the trial period, or if you wish to cancel Avenne VIP® at any time, you may do so by completing the Cancel Membership form available on https://shopavenne.com/ or by emailing us at contactavenne@gmail.com.
To help prevent your payment method from being charged for the next billing period, cancellation requests should be submitted at least 3 days before your next scheduled billing date. Your request should include your full name and the email address associated with your order or membership.
Your failure to cancel before the next billing date, or your continued use of Avenne VIP®, confirms that Avenne is authorized to charge you for, and that you are responsible for paying, all applicable Avenne VIP® membership fees.
Payment Methods
By providing a credit card, debit card or other payment method, including through the checkout process, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize Avenne and any third-party payment processors or billing agents to charge your payment method for the total amount due.
If your payment method cannot be verified, is declined or is otherwise not accepted, your purchase and/or Avenne VIP® membership may be cancelled or suspended.
These Terms constitute authorization to the issuer of your payment method without requiring a separately signed receipt for each transaction. Avenne will not be responsible for insufficient funds, overdraft fees, bank fees or other charges incurred by you resulting from the collection or attempted collection of authorized fees.
If you provide a debit card instead of a credit card, you authorize all applicable charges to be processed against that debit card. Avenne reserves the right to correct billing errors or mistakes at any time where permitted by law.
Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO REFUNDS, including digital products and Avenne VIP® membership fees, unless otherwise indicated at checkout, approved by us, or otherwise required by applicable law.
If you qualify for a return or refund, your request must be submitted in accordance with our Refund Policy and any applicable consumer protection laws.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, territory, province or country of residence, or that you have given your consent to allow any minor dependents under your supervision to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your name, email address, billing information, payment information and shipping information.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide to Avenne is accurate, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide that information.
